| Description: | Public Facilities/Institutional Project Manager - Manages multiple projects and clients for delivery of public projects. General project scope includes master planning, programming, design, bid and construction support for utilities, storm water improvements, roads, parking lots, and building site development. |
| Duties: | Provides all necessary direction, supervision, coordination, and follow-up on the work to ensure quality standards are met, efficiency levels are maintained, and client satisfaction, respect and confidence are assured. Expert technical knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in public and institutional facilities, public works, sustainable, and CIP/bond funded projects, Experience delivering public projects for Los Angeles area municipalities required. Experience with DSA or OSHPD desired. |
| Qualifications: | Requires skills to manage multi-discipline engineering projects, manage clients, set fees and negotiate contracts including additional services, prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, RFPs and RFQs, and project billing.
Bachelors in Civil Engineering and Professional Registration as a Civil Engineer in the state of California is required.
LEED accreditation highly desired.
