| Description: | Water - Focus of this position is on managing and obtaining municipal wastewater design projects in the San Francisco Bay area.

| Duties: | Represents firm to clients and the community; manages project production and financials; mentors staff and markets for new project opportunities. Oversees project design and development, accounts receivable, monitors project schedules, budget and profitability, completes new proposals, works closely with clients acting as client advocate and ensuring satisfaction, develops staffing plans and project fee estimates for projects, maintains individual project charge ability/utilization at or above assigned goal level, hires, supervises, evaluates, and develops team members.

| Qualifications: | Expert technical knowledge in the design of pipelines, pump stations, and wastewater treatment plants. Bachelor's degree required. Must be a registered P.E.
