| Description: | Seeking a qualified candidate for a Web Application Developer. This position will be responsible for creating web-based data and mapping applications using ASP.NET and ArcGIS Server as well as the management of both tabular and spatial data.

| Duties: | Creation of functional requirements, design specifications, and estimates based on customer input.
Development of ASP.NET web applications that interact heavily with databases such as SQL Server.
Development of web-based mapping applications using ArcGIS Server with Adobe Flex/REST, the .NET ADF, or similar.
|
| Qualifications: | The ideal candidate should have education and/or experience in professional software development and be able to translate end user requirements into working systems with minimal supervision. Solid writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Flash, ActionScript, Flex, and related Adobe technologies
Creation of ASP.NET web services (and consuming those services in ActionScript)
Flash, ActionScript, Flex, and related Adobe technologies
Creation of ASP.NET web services (and consuming those services in ActionScript)
ArcSDE data administration
Familiarity with ASP.NET master pages, membership and role providers, and custom web controls
Familiarity with data modeling and entity-relationship diagrams
Use of source code control and helpdesk management systems
Understanding of software development life cycle
Graphic design, Photoshop, or other skills related to web page design
ASP.NET including ADO and SQL ArcGIS Server 9.2 or later (both service management and development).
ArcSDE with SQL Server or Oracle.
