| Description: | We are looking for a talented individual for a position as a Project Analyst responsible for providing technical leadership for design, development, and execution of utility scale and commercial grid-tied solar electric systems.

| Duties: | Some of the duties will include:
* Provide support to evaluate project feasibility and develop preliminary designs to support sales efforts and project bids.
* Develop electrical/structural designs for large scale solar electric systems.
* Coordinate and validate required technical documents (electrical, structural, site plan drawings and related documents).
* Identify, evaluate, and direct the technical activities of project specific sub-contractors and consultants.
* Provide technical input and establish procedures in development of site permitting and interconnection requirements.
* Prepare reports and communications on design/project activities.
* Identify, prioritize, schedule project/design initiatives.
* Coordinate bill of materials development and supplier recommendations.

| Qualifications: | BS or MS Electrical Engineering or related field.
10 yrs electrical/system design experience and a minimum of 3 yrs experience in solar industry; experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Experience with Utilities, solar system installations and permitting/interconnection procedures.
Strong organizational skills to manage activities in the design/project management process.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of industry codes and standards (NEC, UL, UBC).
Professional Engineer license is desirable.
Computer skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office programs; Solidworks and GIS is a plus.
